My practice integrates dialogue with embodied therapy. Depending on the focus of our work, we may incorporate breathing techniques, mindfulness, or creative modalities. This approach is tailored to your specific situation within a supportive and congruent environment.

 

Mindfulness serves as a tool to develop a more precise awareness of your internal experiences and the connection between mind and body. This awareness allows for a deeper integration of your needs and helps clarify how to act on them with more confidence.
